Honestly my primary intention of joining the 25day Smooth movement was simply to lose some weight. I never expected that my attitude towards eating will change. In my Instagram I mentioned you as I said a Big thank You and congratulate both You, the 25-Day Smooth Movement and I. A real big thanks, I am not really a fruit and vegetable lover. This actually helped me in so many ways, this made me realize that there is a better way of putting nutrients into my body and it is through drinking. I have noticed that my skin has become fairer and lines from my face are somewhat unnoticeable and that makes me feel pretty. Another thing is I can now resist the temptation of eating junk foods and I lost 5pounds, but it;s not what matters to me now. It’s the feeling I got from this, to eat right, live light and most of all to love myself more. I believe if I love myself then I will take care of everything about me and the rest will follow.
